    Prize in this Sweepstakes is nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, and non-substitutable, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize or any component thereof with one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. The prize will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of entrants.     PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THESE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE SONY BRAVIA TV THIRTY (30)-DAY CRUNCHYROLL MEGA FAN FREE TRIAL OFFER FOR QUALIFIED SONY BRAVIA TV CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS.

    INTRODUCTION

    The Sony BRAVIA TV thirty (30)-day free trial promotion for Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier (the "Trial Offer") will begin on October 31, 2023, and is made available to Qualified Customers (as defined below) with a valid redeemable promotional code made available by Crunchyroll, LLC (“Crunchyroll”).

    These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Crunchyroll Terms of Use (the “Crunchyroll Terms of Use”) and Privacy Policy (the “Crunchyroll Privacy Policy”).     THE OFFER
